Mitch Frost

Mitch is happily married to his wife, Lexi, and together they are raising their two sweet children, Charlotte Jo and little Jordy. Mitch serves as the Teaching Pastor at Sycamore Creek Church, while Lexi is a third-grade teacher at Fairfield Christian Academy. Together, they share a deep passion for investing in and leading the next generation.
In addition to being a husband, father, and pastor, Mitch is also the author of two books, Something Is Missing and Love More, Worry Less, both of which were deeply influenced by the impact Brock had on his life and faith journey.
“Brock was one of those friends that you don’t even remember meeting. He was simply always a part of my life, and in many ways, he still is. Growing up, the Johnsons felt like a second family to me, and Brock shaped so much of my perspective on God, joy, and faith. When he passed away in 2015, my world was shaken. I wrestled with how someone so good could be taken so soon by something so terrible. But through that journey of confusion and grief, God brought me to a place of unshakable hope and joy. Brock’s life helped shape who I am today, and I knew there was no other option but to help carry on the legacy of the one and only Brock Johnson. The BrockStrong Foundation changes lives, just like the incredible young man it represents.”
